Agencja Mienia Wojskowego jest podmiotem państwowym, powołanym przez Parlament R.P. do zagospodarowania zbędnego mienia Ministerstwa Obrony Narodowej oraz Ministerstwa Spraw Wewnętrznych i Administracji. Poprzez swoje oddziały terenowe - Agencja działa na terenie całego kraju. W jej dyspozycji znajdują się:
NIERUCHOMOŚCI: tereny niezabudowane (poligony, place ćwiczeń), kompleksy koszarowe, obiekty produkcyjne i magazynowe, ośrodki wczasowe, obiekty sportowe i rekreacyjne, budynki biurowe i klubowe, tereny lotniskowe, zabytkowe forty, obiekty specjalne (strzelnice, schrony, bunkry);
UZBROJENIE: samoloty bojowe i transportowe, okręty bojowe i transportowe, czołgi i ciągniki pancerne, transportery i samochody opancerzone, sprzęt rakietowy i artyleryjski, broń strzelecka, amunicja artyleryjska i strzelecka;
SPRZĘT I ARTYKUŁY POWSZECHNEGO UŻYTKU: samochody - ciężarowe (szosowe i terenowe), specjalistyczne, dostawcze, osobowe i osobowo-terenowe; sprzęt inżynieryjny; sprzęt komunalny; kuchnie polowe i chłodnie, agregaty prądotwórcze; zbiorniki do paliwa i wody; ciągniki i przyczepy oraz inne.
Agencja nie jest jednostką budżetową, działa w sposób komercyjny utrzymując się z części wypracowanego zysku. Do zadań Agencji należy także organizowanie postępowań o zamówienia publiczne na dostawy wyposażenia Sił Zbrojnych R.P.

The Military Property Agency is a state-owned person appointed by the Parliament of the Republic of Poland for a reasonable development of the military property no longer required by the Ministry of National Defence and Ministry of Interior and Administration. Having regional departments the Agency acts on the whole territory of Poland. The Agency owns:
REAL ESTATE: undeveloped areas (firing ranges, training grounds), barracks complexes, workshop and warehouse buildings, holiday resorts, sports and recreational facilities, office and club buildings, airfields, historic forts, special facilities (rifle-ranges, shelters, bunkers);
ARMAMENT: combat and transport aircrafts, combat and transport ships, tanks and armoured vehicles including tractors, transporters and armoured automobiles, rocket and artillery equipment, rifles and pistols, artilery and rifle ammunition;
EQUIPMENT AND COMMON USE FACILITIES: automobiles: trucks (highway and cross-country), special purpose, transport, personal and personal-cross-country, engineering equipment, communal equipment, field cookers and freezers, power generators, water and fuel tanks, tractors and trailers, others.
The Agency is not a budget unit - it operates commercially maintaining itself with gained profits. One of the essential tasks of the Agency is organizing proceedings of public orders for delivering equipment for the Polish Army.

Die Agentur für das Militärvermögen ist eine Staatseinrichtung, die vom Polnischen Parlament berufen worden ist, um das überflüssige Vermögen des Ministeriums für Nationale Verteidigung und des Innenministeriums zu bewirtschaften. Durch ihre Regionalfilialen ist die Agentur auf dem Gebiet von ganz Polen tätig. Zur Verfügung der Agentur stehen:
IMMOBILIEN: Freiflächen (Schiess- und Übungsplätze), Kasernenkomplexe, Produktions- und Lagerungsanlagen, Urlaubszentren, Sport- und Freizeitanlagen, Büro- und Klubgebäuden, Flugfelder, Befestigungen von historischem Wert, Sonderanlagen (Schiessstände, Schutzräume, Bunker);
BEWAFFUNG: Kampf- und Transportflugzeuge, Kampf- und Transportboote, Panzer und Panzerschlepper, Schützenpanzerwagen, Raketen- und Artillerieausrüstung, Handfeuerwaffe, Artillerie- und Handwaffenmunition;
ZIVILARTIKEL: Straßen- und Geländewagen, Sonderwagen, Lieferwagen, Personenkraftwagen, Geländewagen; Ingenieurausrüstung; Kommunalausrüstung; Küchen und Kühlhäuser, Aggregate; Kraftstoff- und Wasserbehälter; Zugmaschinen und Anhänger sowie andere Artikel.
Die Agentur ist keine Haushalts- sondern eine kommerzielle Einrichtung und wird vom Geschäftsgewinn finanziert. Zu den Aufgaben der Agentur gehört auch die Bedienung der öffentlichen Lieferaufträge der Ausrüstung für die Polnische Armee.

L'Agence des Biens Militaires est une personne morale nommée par le Parlement de la République de Pologne pour gérer les biens inutiles du Ministére de la Défense Nationale et du Ministére de I'Intérieur et de I'Administration. L'Agence foncionne par I'intermédiare de ses départements régionaux sur tout le territoire de la Pologne.
Elle a á sa disposition:
LES BIENS IMMOBILIERS: terrains non bâtis (anciens polygones, terrains d'entraînement), complexes de casernes, bâtiments de production et de magasinage, centres de vacances, installations sportives et de récréation, bâtiments de bureaux et de club, aéroports, forts-monuments, objets spéciaux (champs de tir, abris, bunkiers);
L'ARMEMENT: avions de combat et de transport, navires de guerre et de transport, chars et tracteurs blindés, transporteurs et véhicules blindés, matériel de fusées et d'artillerie, armes á feu, munitions d'artillerie et de tir;
LES ARTICLES D'USAGE COMMUN: camions (routiers et tout terrain), spéciaux, de livraison, voitures particuliéres et tout terrain; matériel de génie; matériel communal; cuisines roulantes et chambres froides, groupes de gaz combustion et électriques; réservoirs de carburants et d'eau; tracteurs, remorques et autres.
L'Agence n'est pas une unité budgétaire; elle agit d'une maniére commerciale et se maintient du bénéfice qu' elle réalise. L'Agence a pour mission également d'organiser les procédures relatives aux commandes publiques pour livraison de I'équipement en faveur des Forces Armées de la République de Pologne.
